The arrangement has a strand with a section partially overlapping with a section of another strand in an overlapping area (50). Two groove inlays of the sections of the strands are arranged in a groove (22) in the overlapping area. One of the groove inlays is arranged outside of the other groove inlay in a radial direction and/or adjacent to the latter groove inlay in a circumferential direction. Inductance of the section of the former strand in the overlapping area is as large as inductance of the section of the latter strand in the overlapping area.
