The joint has a spring element (38) developing a restoring force on a closing element towards a closed position, and two hinge arms (14, 18) that are fixed at the closing element and a building respectively. A hinge-bolt (20) is fixed at one of the hinge arms (18) and engages in a guiding borehole in the other hinge arm (14). The spring element is clamped as a torsion spring with one of ends at the hinge-bolt and another end at one of the hinge arms (14) with the guiding borehole. The spring element is a compression spring with grommets (40) provided at both ends.
