The cylinder-assembly (1) has a piston (11) adjustably arranged in a cylinder (2) and dividing the cylinder into a working area (9) that is distant to an end and another working area (10) that is near to the end. A piston rod (5) is arranged in the piston on a side, and projects to the former operating area. The piston rod is led from the cylinder concentrically to a central longitudinal axis (A) of the cylinder at the end, and is sealed by a guiding and sealing device (4). Components staying in contact with outside environment of the assembly exhibit antiseptic/antimicrobial characteristics.
