The vehicle has a driven chain ring or a driven chain ring packet attached to crank levers (9-1, 9-2). A driven toothed wheel (3) or a driven gear rim packet is mounted at an axis of a rear wheel (2) or at a rear axis. The driven toothed wheel or driven gear rim packet is connected with a driven chain ring or with a driven chain ring packet by a chain (8). Foot pedals are equipped with elongated grooves (12-1, 12-2), and rollers (15-1, 15-2) are supported on bolts and the grooves. The rollers are supported at joint bearings and are equipped with wheel flanges.
