The holder has an antenna mast (1) penetrating a roof surface and comprising a connecting and fixing element (3) at a mast base (2). The element has two molding pieces (4) that are connected with each other. The molding pieces are adapted to the circumference of a round pipe support (8) such that a gap (6) is formed at free ends of the molding pieces during un-pressurized fitting of the molding pieces at surfaces of the round pipe support. A clamping part (7) e.g. detachable clamping screw, is provided at the gap for fixing the element in a rotation-resistant manner.
