The dip tube comprises a shaft (2) in which a longitudinal channel (3) runs along the shaft longitudinal axis and a transverse channel (4) runs vertical to the shaft longitudinal axis with two lateral outlet openings. The longitudinal channel flows with mouth at its outlet side into the transverse channel. The transverse channel is arranged with a baffle plate (6), which extends itself to both sides of the shaft into the transverse channel and forms sheet elements (7, 8) leaned against horizontal around a sharp angle alpha . The baffle plate comprises two shanks turned from one another in longitudinal section under an obtuse angle beta and consists of structural steel. The baffle plate is firmly clamped with a mounting element by a weight in which the transverse channel lies and on which the contour of the transverse channel is adjusted. The baffle plate exposes outlet of the dip tube after melting the flow relative contour.
