The holder has a plate provided with lower and upper edges (103, 104) and a receiving surface (102) that is arranged between the edges, where the holder consists of plastic. Movable resting hooks (111-116) protrude in a position from the receiving surface so that the resting hooks form a stopper for a printed circuit board toward the upper edge, when the board is received by the holder. Fixing hooks (131-134) protrude-out from the receiving surface such that the board is suspended in one of the fixing hooks from a direction of the upper edge.
