The base has a base carrier (12) comprising a base plate (14) with a circulating edge (16), where a through hole (18) is formed in the base plate. A guiding device i.e. sleeve (20), surrounds the through hole. A stabilization device i.e. core element, stabilizes the base plate, where the core element is inserted into the base carrier. The core element is made of Styrodur(RTM: Extruded polystyrene). The base carrier is foamed with plastic. The circulating edge is arranged perpendicularly to the base plate.
