The device (1) has a drive unit (9) comprising two levers (11) rotatable around a common axis of rotation by handles (10). A drive movably couples the drive unit with a centrifugal mass (14) such that the mass is moved by turning the levers. The levers are separated from each other and are bringable in drive connection with the drive only during turning in a direction. The drive unit is tiltable around a horizontally running axis by maintaining the movement coupling to the drive. The drive unit, the drive and the mass are rotatable together around a vertically running axis.
