The device has a closed annular channel (1) with an active substance e.g. gas and fluid, which is restored under the stress of magnetic charges in the active substance by a permanent magnetic field in motion. Energy from the environment is collected by an electrical field of the magnetic loads, and is removed by electromagnetic coils. The active substance is superimposed with activating energy flow in order to increase magnetic charges, magnetic flux from the environment and extension of functionality of the substance. The channel comprises power coils (3).
