The device (22) has an active sensor surface on which a fastening device is provided for fastening a sensor (12) e.g. positioning sensor. A diaphragm i.e. iris diaphragm, is provided with a movable cover that is moved between two positions, where the active sensor surface is enabled and covered by the movable cover. A control terminal (84) controls a position of the movable cover, and a cladding surrounds the active sensor surface, where the movable cover is arranged on the cladding. The cladding is provided on a bearing surface of the movable cover.
