The engine has an internal combustion chamber for adjusting stroke volume, such that a crankshaft is not shifted during throttling, where the stroke length remains constant in entire power range and throttle range. Ignition frequency of the throttle range is not affected by a disconnection or connection of a secondary part. Fuel flow rate required for a work cycle of the engine is determined by the disconnection or connection of the secondary part. The throttle range is applied to cylinders in the chamber depending on power requirements.
