The orthosis has an upper fixing unit for fixing of trochlea tail in a mortice and a foot part (2). The upper fixing unit is arranged for supporting the foot part and rotates in the transversal plane between two directions relative to the upper fixing unit and is fixed detachably in each of the directions. The foot part is displaced into the transversal plane in two dimensional manners and is fixed detachably in each position.
