The system has a ferroconcrete prefabricated member (13) including a bolt (24) and a sleeve (29) mounted concentric to the bolt. Another ferroconcrete prefabricated member (17) has a duct (22) for receiving the sleeve and the bolt. The sleeve has a position fixing unit for position fixing of the bolt. The sleeve has a cover and a base that are provided for position fixing of the bolt. The sleeve and the bolt are located inside the duct after mounting of the prefabricated members. Hollow space between the duct and the sleeve are filled with grout (26).
