The vehicle has a paddling device for adjusting height and length of the vehicle, where driving is performed by arms and legs. Steering and paddling exhibit no influence on each other through the same mechanism, where force application is simultaneously performed by the arms and the legs using paddling movement. A transformation between paddling and kicking is made during operation of the vehicle, and a movement distance is varied during paddling. The arms are utilized independent of the legs for driving the vehicle.
