The assembly (1) has multiple hydraulic circuits, where a displacement pump (9) is provided for each circuit. The pumps are driven by an electrical drive. A bypass device (12) with an electromagnetically operatable switching valve (13) i.e. closed electromagnetic valve, is provided in a pump suction path. The valve is temporarily switched to an opening position during displacement stroke of pump such that a partial conveying volume from the displacement stroke is conveyed to the path. The valve is provided parallel to a differential pressure-controlled suction valve (10) in the path.
