The plant (10) has a conducting device (14) for conducting air (28) to a turbine (12) i.e. impeller, where the air upwardly flows along a roof of a house. The turbine has a rotor blade (40), a vertically running rotational axis (36) and a spiral airfoil element (42.1), which is rotation symmetrically arranged with respect to the rotational axis. An outer airfoil is attached to one of the airfoil elements for generating inwardly directed force. The conducting device sectionally runs along hip sections (22.1, 22.2) of the roof. An independent claim is also included for a house with a roof including two roof surfaces.
