The retainer (3) has plug contacts (9, 10) e.g. universal serial bus (USB)socket/jack plug, in direct electrical connection with a portable electronic equipment, and an electrical and/or electronic network arranged in a motor vehicle. A holder (8) is provided for mechanical support of the electronic equipment in the vehicle. The holder and the plug contacts are movably arranged behind a movable screen (6). Movements of the holder and the plug contacts are coupled with movement of movable screen. The screen and the holder are a part of a drawer (7) designed as a folding shutter.
