The panel (1) has grooves (7) for retaining heater pipes (8), where the grooves are opened at an outer side (4) and consist of longitudinal grooves (3) and arc-shaped connecting grooves attached to the longitudinal grooves. The connecting grooves are formed by elbow groove sections (5a, 6a) of circular grooves (5, 6) opened at outer surfaces, where the circular grooves tangentially pass into the longitudinal grooves. One of the circular grooves connects the longitudinal grooves at an end of the panel. The longitudinal grooves are formed through longitudinal channels (2).
