The system (1) has a suction tube (4) with a section (4a) extending into an interior of an air accumulator (2). An interference drilling (12) is brought into a wall of the suction tube, and the suction tube is connected with the interior of the air accumulator by the interference drilling. The section of the suction tube projected into the air accumulator extends over half width of the air accumulator. The interference drilling is provided with respect to length of the suction tube approximately in an axial center of the suction tube.
