The covering has partial surface elements provided in random depth, sizes and different geometric shapes such that the partial surface elements are completely placed on facade elements in a locally distributed manner. A larger partial surface exhibits length dimensions larger than free space wavelength. The partial surface elements are provided in horizontal and vertical alignments on the facade elements at angle of 0 degree, 90 degree, 180 degree and 270 degree. The covering is made of material that reflects and/or partial absorbs electromagnetic radiation.
