A software e.g. Dot Net(RTM: Software component), for controlling a borrowing and/or returning process for the vehicle and/or a paying process is stored in the wireless module. The wireless module receives and/or processes the software that is wirelessly transmitted from the central unit. A processor controls the borrowing, returning and/or paying processes.
