The system (1) has an application head (4) for complete automatic supply of adhesive. A supporting device retains and transports a profile and a planar element. The head is positioned at a portal (2) that crosses over longitudinal and transverse guides. Transport tables (7) are connected with transverse and longitudinal bars of the system such that the tables move in and out on the bars for parts to an operating position of the head. Each table is equipped with fixing elements for the parts to be glued, and is moved on a stationary undercarriage (8).
