The bearing has a ball retainer (1) made up of a plastic material, and segments (2, 3) formed in the ball retainer and accommodating a ball (7) in assigned ball recesses (6). Number of balls is different with respect to each segment, where the segments consist of an abrasive material, lubricant material and temperature resistance material. The segments consist of polyamide filled with glass fiber and/or dry-film lubricant, where the segments are permanently connected with each other by a connecting bar (5) formed as an elastomeric element.
