The switching arrangement has an oscillator-switch (1) with two amplifying elements, particularly transistors (2,3) and a resonator (4). The resonator is provided with a base-impedance network (5) and with two emitter-impedance networks (6,7). The compensating-capacitors (18,19) are connected between a collector (14) of the transistor and a base (16) of another transistor and between the collector (15) of another transistor and the base (17) of the transistor. The compensating-capacitors are larger than the parasitic base-collector-capacitor.
