The gas supply system has a gas line system, over which natural gas evaporating in a liquefied gas tank (12) of the liquefied gas carrier due to a heating up in the liquefied gas tank as natural-boil-off-gas is promoted in the direction of each drive. A process container (17) is arranged in the gas line system, into which liquid natural gas is promoted from the liquefied petroleum gas tank. An independent claim is also included for a method for providing mixture of natural-boil-off-gas and forced-boil-off-gas in a drive of a liquefied gas carrier.
