The device (1) has a set of coil carrying bodies (3) distributedly arranged in a mounting position under attachment of outer edge surfaces of the bodies at an inner side of a flux ring (4), where the bodies are made of plastic material. Inner edge surfaces of the carrying bodies are formed such that the carrying bodies lie directly together in the mounting position under the direct attachment of edges of adjacent inner edge surfaces. A signal electronic unit includes a flexible printed circuit board that is equipped with an electrical element i.e. Hall-sensor. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a stator for an electric motor.
