The bellows (10) has circular folds (12) provided around a longitudinal axis (L). The folds are formed of multiple folding side pieces (13) arranged one behind another along the longitudinal axis. The folds are connected with each other at an end. Ends of the folding side pieces are arranged in an inner and outer lying manner in reference to the longitudinal axis, respectively. The inner and outer lying ends are arranged at an inner vertex path (S2) and an outer vertex path (S1), respectively. The vertex paths are arranged along a screw path that is wound around the longitudinal axis.
