The layer composite material comprises alternately arranged layers of a first material and a second material, where the first and second materials have no ceramic material, and ceramic layers (3) having same or different compositions. The connections between the layers are present in a firmly-bonded manner. The ceramic layer replaces a layer of first and/or second material, and is additionally provided to the layers of the first material and second material. The ceramic layers are uniformly distributed over the layer composite material or are present in areas of the material. The layer composite material comprises alternately arranged layers of a first material and a second material, where the first and second materials have no ceramic material, and ceramic layers (3) having same or different compositions. The connections between the layers are present in a firmly-bonded manner. The ceramic layer replaces a layer of first and/or second material, and is additionally provided to the layers of the first material and second material. The ceramic layers are uniformly distributed over the layer composite material or are present in areas of the material in a concentrated manner. The ceramic layer has thickness of 0.01-0.5 mm. The layers of the first material and second material have a thickness of 0.1-0.5 mm. The ceramic layer comprises sintered ceramic and/or ceramic produced after other process, has a porosity of less than 5 volume%, and consists of intact or segmented ceramic layers. The ceramic segments are varied in size. The first and second materials are metal, polymer or glass, and are different from each other. The ceramic layer is provided on an outer surface of the layer composite material. The individual layers are adhered with one another. An independent claim is included for a method for producing a layer composite material.
