The chair (1) has front and rear profile rods (13, 18, 19) braced in bags (5) of a textile cover (2) to fix the textile cover to a stable, three-dimensional structure. The front and rear profile rods cross at a side of the chair, where the rear profile rods cross at a front part of the chair. Multiple belts (10, 15, 37) are sewn at a side of the cover in a fixed manner and exhibit a detachable connection to a rod segment at an end of the profile rods, where clamping of the profile rods in the textile cover takes place through adjusting length of the belts.
