The heater has a heating body i.e. flat heating body, arranged at an inner wall of a room or at a location at which a normal tile stove is placed, where a chimney is approximately placed in a center of a house. A boiler is located in a cellar closely to the chimney. The heating body is placed relatively close to the chimney. A thermographic camera displays heat loss and heat images.
