The insole (a) has a far infrared energy fiber with an external antibacterial textile layer (1), a foam layer (2), a far infrared-light wave energy fiber layer (3), a polyethylene layer (4) and an antibacterial layer (5) that are arranged on top of each other. The far infrared-light wave energy fiber layer is formed such that a fiber (31) is combined with mineral particles (32) that reflect far infrared light wave energy. Edges of the layers are sealed, and a support area and a bent area are formed on the insole corresponding to a shape of a foot.
