The arrangement (100) has a regulating circuit to regulate frequency of oscillation (210). The arrangement is connected with a voltage measuring device (150) i.e. analog to digital converter, which detects a digital value (250) of an actuating variable an oscillator (110) and is provided in a storage device (170). A voltage source (180) i.e. digital to analog converter, controls the frequency of the oscillation and reads a reference control voltage value (270) of another actuating variable and controls the oscillator with the latter variable. The variables are control voltages (240, 280). An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a circuit arrangement.
