The device (24) has an analyte accommodation chamber for accommodating analytes in a transport medium and connected with a supply line channel (30) and a drainage channel (40) for transporting a transport medium into and from the analyte accommodation chamber. A probe chamber (23) is formed as an inner recess (13) and with a sample inlet (21) for accommodating an analyte-like sample. A separation membrane (15) surrounds the inner recess for penetrating the analytes from the probe chamber into the analyte accommodation chamber. The analytes are sodium, potassium, chlorine, hydronium, oxygen, carbon dioxide, antibodies, growth factors, hormones, drugs and narcotics.
