Cosmetic hair stimulating set comprises a shampoo product, a treatment product and a serum product, each of which comprises hair stimulating complex in an amount of 1-8 wt.%, 8-30 wt% and 40-60% respectively. The hair stimulating complex in all the products comprises (in wt %): D-panthenol (50-30), lecithin (3-20), vitamin E (0.5-8), keratin hydrolyzate (0.05-3), caffeine (0.1-3), hyaluronic acid in 10 wt.% solution (0.01-0.1), green tea extract (0.01-2) and cosmetic auxiliaries and/or carrier substances (remaining amount). Independent claims are also included for: (1) a cosmetic method to stimulate hair growth, comprising washing the hair with the shampoo product, treating with the treatment product, again washing with the shampoo product and treating with the serum product; and (2) the cosmetic hair stimulating complex comprising the components as mentioned above.
