The appliance has a utility chamber (1) closed by a door (7), and a moving system (9) provided for a utility load carrier (11) and arranged in the chamber. The load carrier is extendable over a front edge of guide rails (13) through a relative movement at the guide rails. An anti-tilt mechanism for the load carrier is provided at the guide rails and limits gravitational force-conditioned tilting of the load carrier to a permissible limit value. The guide rails are guided by bearing rollers that are fastened to side walls (3) of the appliance.
