The system has a stopper with a closure system and connection points, where the closure system has a 3 way rotatable stopcock (7) with a pin and a luer-lock connection (5) at a terminal. A closure plate (1) is provided with a closure clip (2), and a lock is provided in the form of a clip. A centralized and/or decentralized borehole is formed as a channel at the closure plate, and the stopcock is integrated in the channel. The stopcock is opened for transferring fluid from/to a container e.g. bottle/vial (11) only when a safe connection is produced at the container.
