The converter has a permanent membrane (7) including a deformation part (6), which is formed in a longitudinal shape in a region outer side of an oscillator coil (3). The deformation part is formed in a circular shape in an inner region of the oscillator coil. Another deformation part (4), which projects hemispherically, is provided in a region of another oscillator coil (5) in a direction of a hearer, such that the latter deformation part is present in a sound propagation direction. A centering unit (8) is arranged below the membrane.
