The device comprises first- (1) and second element movably arranged to each other, where one of the elements has a micro-mechanical structure (5) for the perforation of the cells and other element has a hollow space for receiving the cells and one of the elements immerses into the hollow space of the other element, and a unit provided for adjusting an immersion depth at one of the elements. The first element is implemented in the form of a stamp or plunger. The second element is implemented in the form of a hollow circular cylinder. The micro-mechanical structure is disposed at the stamp. The device comprises first- (1) and second element movably arranged to each other, where one of the elements has a micro-mechanical structure (5) for the perforation of the cells and other element has a hollow space for receiving the cells and one of the elements immerses into the hollow space of the other element, and a unit provided for adjusting an immersion depth at one of the elements. The first element is implemented in the form of a stamp or plunger. The second element is implemented in the form of a hollow circular cylinder. The micro-mechanical structure is disposed at the stamp or plunger, and is formed in the form of needle tips, knives and/or blades. The stamp or plunger is provided with columns, on which the micro-mechanical structure is disposed. The micro-mechanical structure is partially provided with a hard layer, which is a diamond layer applied by a chemical vapor deposition process. The adjusting unit is formed as a stop mounted on one of the elements, and a spacer ring, which is inserted into the hollow space or is provided at one of the elements and is arranged at the second element in the area of the bottom of the hollow space. The first element is movable inside the second element using a displacement unit, which has a controlled voice coil actuator or a controlled ultrasound transducer. The first and/or second elements are formed as injection mold part/parts or forming part/parts using polymer replication techniques. An independent claim is included for a method for a mechanical disintegration of cells.
