The tooth implant (1) comprises an implant body (2), which is provided on a partial area of the outer surface serving the adhesion or ingrowth of the bone or soft tissue with a structure or layer (5) made of a natural tissue or a material that is biologically identical to a natural tissue. A substrate (4) is provided, which is partly made of natural tooth hard material or a natural tooth substance, such as hydroxylapatite or polylactide, particularly polylactic-co-glycolic acid.
