The method involves passing waste products (4) in our galaxy or Milky Way (20) into one of the external or foreign galaxies (3 to 3-n). The waste products are passed to sun (So) or passed to one of the planets (PL) or to the moon (m), particularly passed to one of the five cold planets (KPL) or to their moons of our solar system (1).
