The device has a gripper mounted on a carriage accelerated along the driving direction of a train and provided in a rim of the train or a technical assistant system by a global position system. The gripper grips a cargo that is present in the train, when the speed of the train relative to the cargo is zero. A reader or scanner reads barcode or data carrier information i.e. target location of a cargo during a deceleration of the carriage, and stowing the cargo in the gripper that moves forward with a speed of the train.
