The device has a rotating mechanism (21) rotatably hinged at a hollow axle (13). The conveying pipe is opened in an end hose by a mast top (33), where the end hose is downwardly suspended at the mast arm that supports measuring arrangements (48, 50) for determining a load loaded in the mast top. A computerized-evaluation circuit is operated in response to an output signal of the measuring arrangement.
