The cap (1) has recesses (11) i.e. axial slots, provided along an outer periphery at an upper end region of a closing body (6) and locking elements (10b) provided corresponding to the closing body. The recesses and the respective elements lie opposite to each other in an opening position of the body, so that the elements are pressed by an elastic element i.e. leaf spring element (10c), into the recesses to inhibit rotation of body. The elements are provided at a holding ring that is inserted into an annular groove (9) of the body and pressed by the elastic element in a direction of the body.
