The hand shower (1) has a water supply (5) arranged within a handle (3), and an adjusting element (6) provided for changing a flow cross-section of the water supply. The adjusting element includes an airfoil that is steplessly and rotatably arranged within the water supply. Center axes of the airfoils are arranged to a center of a pin. A rotation axis of the adjusting element is arranged under an angle and bent to an axis of the water supply. An operating element is coupled with the adjusting element. A guide i.e. guide bar, is provided at the operating element.
