The method involves laying a visible cover (10) i.e. foam foil, in a molding tool. An expandable body (12) is applied on the visible cover. A mold part is attached on the visible cover. The expandable body is laid and/or pressed between the visible cover and the mold part. The body is expanded between the visible cover and the mold part. A passage borehole is formed in the mold part to supply expansion medium i.e. air, to the body via the mold part. The mold part is made of thermo-plastic material and natural fiber-board material. An independent claim is also included for a laminated mold body, which comprises a mold part.
