The device (1) has a translationally adjustable valve piston (2) with a valve disk (3), a complementary circular valve seat (4), a spring (5) i.e. helical spring, and a guiding element (6) for guiding the valve piston. The spring supports an end at the guiding element and another end at the valve piston. The spring prestresses against the valve seat in a closing position. The valve seat is connected with the guiding element by two tie-clip connections (7). The valve seat, the valve piston with the valve disk and the guiding element are made of plastic.
