The bin (1) has an upper feed opening (3), and a cover (4) provided above the opening and spaced from the opening. A press device (17) compressing wastages is integrated with the bin. A base frame (2) is formed from a foot part (5), two columns (7) arranged at edge (6) of the foot part and a sealing ring (9) provided at upper ends (8) of the columns. A concentric opening (10) in the sealing ring forms the feed opening. A storage container (11) for waste is tiltably supported at one of the columns of the base frame between the foot part and the sealing ring.
