The method involves switching gradients in such a way that a spherical raw data space is filled with magnetic resonance signals. The recording of magnetic resonance signals start simultaneously with the activation of the gradients. The gradients are switched in such a way that a gradient moment is null in each of the three orthogonal spatial directions. An independent claim is also included for a magnetic resonance system for recording magnetic resonance signals.
