Compact strip plant for removing highly volatile impurities from ground water, comprises a housing with water inlet- and outlet direction and with supply air inlet line and exhaust air outlet line, and/or funnels
The compact strip plant comprises a housing (2) with water inlet- and outlet line (4, 5) and with supply air inlet line and exhaust air outlet line, and/or funnels tightly arranged in the interior of the housing, and a centrifugal unit operated by a motor over a central shaft. Containers (3) distanced from the wall of the external housing are arranged above one another in the housing for the reception of water. The centrifugal unit arranged by the central shaft with air from the supply air inlet line is arranged in each container. The compact strip plant comprises a housing (2) with water inlet- and outlet line (4, 5) and with supply air inlet line and exhaust air outlet line, and/or funnels tightly arranged in the interior of the housing, and a centrifugal unit operated by a motor over a central shaft. Containers (3) distanced from the wall of the external housing are arranged above one another in the housing for the reception of water. The centrifugal unit arranged by the central shaft with air from the supply air inlet line is arranged in each container. A funnel for transferring the water emerging from the free upper side of the container present above the funnel is arranged between the wall of the container and the wall of the housing. The external housing and the container arranged in the external housing are formed in cross-section, where each container is connected with its wall with the wall of the housing by radial plates serving as flow crusher. The plates serving as flow crusher pass in the interior of the top open container. The funnels are firmly connected with the wall of the housing and are formed as flat basin with perforated base. The centrifugal units are equipped with radially extending hollow tubular arms formed by central shaft equipped with air outlet opening. The housing is formed by individual housing plates screwed to each other, where the containers are arranged by the radial plates as flow crusher and the funnel in the housing plates. The housing is terminated at the top by a ball-shell-like cathedral cover in which the air inlet- and water inlet lines flow that are associated to a first funnel and exit from the exhaust air line. The housing is closed by a ball-shell-like base connection in which the motor for driving the central shaft and the water outlet line for pure water are arranged. A heat exchanger (7, 8) for heating the polluted ground water is arranged in the water inlet line. The heat exchanger is provided by the pure water emerging from the water outlet line. The heat exchanger is connected to a solar panel for heating the polluted ground water by solar energy. The exhaust air line for the contaminated exhaust air arranged in cathedral cover is arranged downstream to a conventional exhaust air treatment unit, which comprises a bio-filter, a condensate precipitator and an air active carbon filter.
